Recently read a magazine article interviewing a famous supermodel about her health and beauty tips. You might want to take these on board and YOU TOO can live and workout like a supermodel:
“Exercise helps me relieve stress.”
“After exercise I feel amazing even though I’m sweaty.”
“Before I workout, I usually put my hair in a ponytail.”
“After gym I wash my hair and quickly wash my skin.”
“I try to live healthily but sometimes I need to splurge.. Sometimes if I’m at a restaurant I’ll order a dessert.”
