Workout & ridiculous gym warning

Finally.. I am logging a workout.  I assure you I have been working out, just lazy with posting.

Took it easy because at the moment I have bilateral lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) with a bit of cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerve) thrown in for good measure.

Tabata 3 rounds of:
Front squats 15kg DB
Push ups
Decline crunches 3kg medicine ball
Leg extensions
Pull ups 1 leg assist
Mountain climbs

I was breathless… and in pain… so I was amused to see the following sign in the gym:
