WOD Modified “Hard Cindy”

I haven’t exercised since Christmas Day (sigh…) so I was excited to hit the gym today:

Modified “Hard Cindy”
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
– 5 Pull-ups
– 10 Push-ups with feet on 30″ box
– 15 Squats holding a 10kg plate

Managed 8 rounds.

Every. Thing. Hurts.
