@14.00, Run 200m hill then 400m flat, rest to 20.00
@20.00, 5 Rounds of 12 KB Swings and 10 Box Jump Overs, rest to 30.00
@30.00, 35 Cals on elliptical cross-trainer
Total time 33.28
