WOD 7+ weeks post C-section delivery

5 rounds for time ~20 mins

(My phone and therefore my timer crapped its pants just before I finished) 🙁

  • 5 back squats 40kg
  • 5 push ups feet on Fitball
  • 5 pull ups (this is where I spent most if my time – trying to do them unassisted… I think I managed around 8 in total – with very poor form! – the rest with 5kg assist)
  • 250m cycle
