Had a 10km walk yesterday with bub and friend (that’s us on the Sydney Harbour Bridge below)… thought it would be a piece of cake but my legs are killing me this morning.
Been having a lot of queries regarding safe return to (hard core) exercise post-Caesarean section – there are no definite rules but the general consensus is to wait until your 6-week medical check up to get clearance. Even then I doubt you’re meant to return to hard core-ness.
Then I saw this and now I feel lame. (To make myself feel better) she obviously had an awesome level of fitness pre- and during pregnancy. Is it coincidence or irony that her surname is Core?
