Gym workout (4 weeks post C-section delivery)

Reps 21 – 15 – 9:

10 pull ups 20kg assist
10 deadlifts 10kg dumbbells
10 push ups
10 deep squats w/ 6kg medicine ball push
Plank (Fitball)

For time 18:01

It’s a bit hard to drop my assist weight for pull ups because you use so much core and mine is shattered…
