Good week of workouts… with a new symptom…

This week has been a good one for workouts…

Mon – Thur have involved gymming and running on alternative days. Put my weights up for squats but I’m noticing I have to stand with feet wider now, otherwise the belly hits the thighs…

Running is becoming a bit of a problem with the whole toilet finding mission. Thank you Sydney for clean public toilets (I’m originally from Hong Kong, and any of you that have been or who live there know you only use a public toilet in Hong Kong if your alternative is something bad… like carrying around a poop in your pants for the rest of the day).

Last night was sitting on the sofa and got this weird numbness and tingling sensation on the outer part of my right lower thigh. Excellent, because I don’t have enough weird things going on with my body already…
